These templates are licensed strictly for your PERSONAL USE ONLY. No commercial use 
is allowed. You may use them to create unlimited finished designs for yourself and your 
immediate family members.  

PROHIBITED ACTIONS (What you cannot do):

• You may not resell, share, sublicense, give away, or distribute the PDF/ ‘templates’- 
  the original version or any modified version- in any way.
• You may not claim copyright or ownership over the template designs or structural 
  layouts, regardless of any personal content or media added to them.

Any violation of these terms constitutes a breach of Copyright Law and will result in immediate strict legal action. Violators will be subject to legal enforcement and consequences as per the Indian Copyright Act.

* Copyright and ownership of the original template framework shall 
remain the exclusive property of Hommies at all times. *Your purchase does not transfer 
copyright.  

* Hommies bears no responsibility or liability for any content (text, images, videos, or assets) added by YOU to the final output. You are solely responsible for any content you upload, whether they belong to you or a third party. By using our templates, you agree to indemnify and hold Hommies and it's representatives harmless against any legal claims, damages, or expenses arising from your unauthorized use of copyrighted or trademarked materials. "You agree not to use our templates for any content that is defamatory, offensive, or illegal."

* Access to the templates is subject to the operational status of the hosting third-party platform, Canva. All sales are final and non-refundable.
