Refund and Cancellations Policy

We offer free replacements to you if there are product quality issues like:

  • Misprinting
  • Irregular Ink Spread
  • Damaged Items Sent
  • Defective Items Sent
  • Broken Products received

• Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. If you have received a product with quality issues, you must communicate this to us within 2 days upon the delivery of the product. 

* All sales of Limited Edition or Wholesale products are final. We do not offer returns or refunds on them. However, in the rare event that your wholesale order arrives damaged or contains defective products, you must notify us within 2 business days of delivery. Please provide clear photografic or video evidence of the damage/defect. We will review your claim and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement. Note: The link to purchase limited edition products or wholesale products will only be available to resellers we choose.

You just have to mail us at hommies.info@gmail.com with a few pictures or a video showing the exact defect with the product along with the original packaging in which you received the product, showing the shipping label and your details on it clearly for verification and we will have your replacement product shipped out within 48-72 hours of it being verified and authorized. 

• In case you cancel an order and if the order is not processed by us, we will cancel the order immediately and refund the amount to you within 7 working days.

Digital Downloads:

* Due to the nature of digital products, which are instantly delivered and are considered consumed upon purchase, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final. If a technical defect prevents you from accessing your digital files, please contact us for assistance.
